All Accounts Are Subject To The Following:

The following rules are made and all clients are expected to follow the Terms of Services (TOS).

Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, from a Site or using an email address or domain that is maintained on a Internet-Webhosting machine as a reference is STRICTLY prohibited. Accounts in violation of our spamming policy WILL BE DELETED WITHOUT NOTICE. Internet-Webhosting will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. All mailing lists should be double opt-in. This means when users on a clients site give said client their e-mail address they user should also have to verify it through e-mail afterwards before anymore mail is sent. This prevents us being listed in spam databases.

IRC:

We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers. These include Eggdrop bots and TCL scripts.

Online Gaming:

We currently do not allow any type of online gaming on our Shared Hosting Server, this is due to unnecessary high consumption of CPU Resources.

Server Abuse:

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or customer, of Internet-Webhosting is strictly prohibited. These attempts can include DOS attacks or hacking.

Refusal of Service:

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion. We don't often do this, but we hold full control of when and why this is done.

Illegal use:

Internet-Webhosting's services may not be used for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities. This included and is not limited to hosting of hacking programs, documentation, and or the linking to such illegal files. Internet-Webhosting reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrongdoing.

Harm to minors:

Use of Internet-Webhosting's service to harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way, including, but not limited to child pornography or child abuse is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Adult web sites:

Due to the reputation of adult websites and the traffic they receive, they are not allowed on the server. If you or any of your resellers are hosting an adult website, you will have 24 hours from when the site is discovered on the server. Non-compliance with this rule will result in your account being terminated.

Threats:

Use of the Internet-Webhosting's service to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that threatens or encourages bodily harm or destruction of property is strictly prohibited.

Harassment:

Use of the Internet-Webhosting's service to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that harasses another is strictly prohibited.

Fraudulent activity:

Use of Internet-Webhosting's service to make fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items, or services, or to advance any type of financial scam such as "pyramid schemes," "ponzi schemes," and "chain letters." Hosting of any sort of file containing any sort of password protection commonly used for the distributions of warez files are not allowed in any way.

Forgery or impersonation:

Adding, removing or modifying identifying network header information in an effort to deceive or mislead is prohibited. Attempting to impersonate any person by using forged headers or other identifying information is prohibited. The use of anonymous retailers or nicknames does not constitute impersonation.

Unauthorized access:

Use of Internet-Webhosting's service to access, or to attempt to access, the accounts of others, or to penetrate, or attempt to penetrate, security measures of Internet-Webhosting's or another entity's computer software or hardware, electronic communications system, or telecommunications system, whether or not the intrusion results in the corruption or loss of data, is expressly prohibited and the offending Internet-Webhosting account is subject to immediate termination.


Copyright or trademark infringement:

Use of Internet-Webhosting's service to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, the unauthorized copying of copyrighted material, the digitization and distribution of photographs from magazines, books, or other copyrighted sources, and the unauthorized transmittal of copyrighted software.

Collection of personal data:

Use of Internet-Webhosting's service to collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent.

Network disruptions and unfriendly activity:

Use of the Internet-Webhosting's service for any activity which affects the ability of other people or systems to use Internet-Webhosting's Services or the Internet. This includes "denial of service" (DOS) attacks against another network host or individual user. Interference with or disruption of other network users, services or equipment is prohibited. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure that their network is configured in a secure manner. A Subscriber may not, through action or inaction, allow others to use their network for illegal or inappropriate actions. A Subscriber may not permit their network, through action or inaction, to be configured in such a way that gives a third party the capability to use their network in an illegal or inappropriate manner. Due to this policy free hosting clients and demo accounts are STRICTLY prohibited. Unauthorized entry and/or use of another company and/or individual's computer system will result in immediate account termination. Internet-Webhosting will not tolerate any subscriber attempting to access the accounts of others, or penetrate security measures of other systems, whether or not the intrusion results in corruption or loss of data.

Fraud:

Involves a knowing misrepresentation or misleading statement, writing or activity made with the intent that the person receiving it will act upon it.

Infringement of Copyright, Patent, Trademark, Trade Secret, or Intellectual Property Right:

Distribution and/or posting of copyrighted or the aforementioned infringements will not be tolerated.

Distribution of Viruses:

Intentional distributions of software that attempts to and/or causes damage, harassment, or annoyance to persons, data, and/or computer systems are prohibited. Such an offense will result in the immediate termination of the offending account.

Delinquent Accounts:

Internet-Webhosting.com may temporarily deny all services rendered or terminate this Agreement upon failure of Customer to pay charges when due for any service rendered. Such termination or denial will not relieve Customer of responsibility for the payment of all accrued service fees, or any collection fees.

Refund :

We provide refund for 30 days moneyback guarantee only for hosting account, domain name is not included under this guarantee eventhough you subscribed to our Hosting Account with Free Domain name. In the case where you request a refund for a hosting with free domain name , the refund will be given only for hosting after deducting the domain name current  Internet-Webhosting selling price.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Internet-Webhosting shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from Internet-Webhosting servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, Internet-Webhosting shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of Internet-Webhosting servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.

SEARCHING:

Any site that simply uses a search engine to display information straight off a search engine will be removed without prior notice. These sites cause excess burden on the CPU and serve little to no purpose.

All complaints will be investigated promptly.

Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.

DISCLAIMER:

Internet-Webhosting cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by Internet-Webhosting are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by Internet-Webhosting may not be directly owned or written by Internet-Webhosting. Moreover, Internet-Webhosting holds no responsibility for the use of our clients accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as Internet-Webhosting sees fit.

ACCOUNT ACTIVATION:

By activating your account with Internet-Webhosting, you agree to the above policies and disclaimer. Upon requesting an account activation, you are required to accept these policies, guidelines, and disclaimer and a copy of your acceptance is forwarded along with your activation request to be maintained within your account information.

ACCOUNT INACTIVITY:

All accounts setup on the hosting account and unused after 15 days of setup will be terminated without warning. Its the job of the reseller to manage accounts and removed inactive accounts at their discretion. After 5 failures to remove inactive accounts the hosting service will be terminated.

NETWORK PERFORMANCE

Internet Webhosting virtual site and reseller accounts operate on shared resources. Excessive use or abuse of these shared network resources by one customer (eg. in excess of 10% CPU usage) may have a negative impact on all other customers. Misuse of network resources in a manner which impairs network performance is prohibited by this policy and may result in termination of your account.

You are prohibited from excessive consumption of resources, including CPU time, memory, disk space and session time. You may not use resource-intensive programs which negatively impact other customers or the performances of Internet Webhosting systems or networks. Internet Webhosting reserves the right to terminate or limit such activities

Special Rules

Internet-Webhosting reserves the right to check your account at any time for things that break the TOS. We probably won't be doing this unless we have a reasonable idea that you are breaking the TOS, but sometimes we will just do checks on random clients.

Other Rules
 

Dedicated Server Subscribers asserts that it has read SKSA TECHNOLOGY's Service Level Agrement  ("SLA") and its Privacy Policy. (The SLA is currently posted at http://www.internet-webhosting.com/dedicatedsla.php).

By using this website you agree to abide by our terms of service, our privacy policy, and any other rules that are on this website.

Due to conflict of interests and legal reasons there is to be NO TV episodes, movies, music, etc even with permission from file owner. These are but not limited to, anime, sport broadcasts, radio broadcasts, music albums, individual songs. The storage or backup of files on the Internet-Webhosting network is prohibited due to excessive hardware usage with no legitimate hosting needs.
