Technician
(Selangor - Subang Jaya)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Position is for Sales & Technical Support

  • Most required is VERY FANATIC in Internet & Webhosting field.

  • To interact with the customers over the Phone, E-Mail, Fax & Walk-in, to provide the necessary Sales & Support Services .

  • Work as part of the Sales & Support Team to maintain and improve existing systems.

  • Will handle various Hosting Control Panel , HELM, Cpanel, Plesk etc.

  • Travel to various Datacenter for server's related jobs / issue (Installation & Maintenance).

  • Working in UNIX and Windows environment .

  • Willing to works in long working hours if required.

  • Basic Job Training will be provided by the company.

 

Requirements:
 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary School or Professional Certificate in any field.

  • Minimum of 1 years working experience / hands on in Technical Support or Hosting Control Panel Related (Unix & Windows).

  • Required skill(s): Basic Unix/Linux Operating System, Windows Server.

  • Preferred skill(s): Basic PHP, Basic mysql , Basic ASP

  • Required language(s): Good/Fluent In English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Preferred language(s): English

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.

  • Applicant must be willing to start work immediately.

  • Applicants also must willing to work on shift basis.

  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
